We find the specialist medic for our clients who come from all over the world. The patients are supported by the embassies of their home countries or by other institutes that will cover insurance.

After the initial approach we appoint an assistant who is specialised in the patient's mother language. He or she will accompany the patient during the whole time and of course will interprete for the patient as well.

Already before his arrival in Hamburg, we will be organising the whole travel for the patient. In the first place, it is our aim to offer our clients a professional service. In addition we are continuously keeping contact with the embassy of the home country.

Our team will prepare everything for the patient:

- All measurements necessary to apppoint a time for the patients' admission to hospital
- Emergency service (perhaps helicopter service) if this is requested
- Planning and patients' preparation for hospital entry
- Daily care for the patient who is accommodated outside hospital as well for those who stay within hospital
- Preparation for release from hospital and ongoing care at home
- Release the final report and exchange of information between us and your practitioner
